The latest volume of the Supplement Series to the New Liszt Edition Works for Solo Piano explores early and subsequent editions of the Hungarian melodies used in Liszt's writing. Additionally, album leaves and fragments are presented, along with several manuscript pages and a thorough discussion of all works. The paper edition is a handsome performing edition with the Preface in English, German, and Hungarian. The clothbound edition also contains critical notes.
