Nickel silver adapts to and conducts changing frequencies faster than other materials, resulting in a very direct response, with a well-centered and extremely powerful sound.  You'll also notice reduced weight, but higher stability when comparing with other saxophones.  As with all top-end Keilwerth horns, the SX90R also features rolled tone holes for an exceptionally focused sound and ultr-fast, silent key action.
