Basic Rental Policies

There is a two-month minimum on all band/orchestra instrument rentals.

All rental instruments are shop-adjusted and guaranteed to be in good playing condition at the time of rental.

You are responsible for one month’s rent, plus a deposit equal to one month’s rent at the time of rental.

We require a valid, current photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport etc.) and a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) for every rental.

The next rental payment is due one month from the date of the initial contract.  Subsequent payments are set up on an Automatic Payment System.  Your credit card will be charged automatically each month on or after the payment due date.  You have the option of paying your monthly bill with either a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or a debit card bearing the Visa or Mastercard Logo.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your credit card account.  A $2.00 late fee will be imposed if your credit card is declined for any reason.

Only current rental accounts may take advantage of our Early-Payoff Discounts.
